Joseph Mank Studio is a practice in custom artwork, surface design and conservation, based in Portland, Oregon. The work is painted, gilded, patinated and repaired by hand, and is often brought in when a project reaches a difficult material, artwork or surface problem.
Joseph works with designers, architects and private clients, alongside their general contractors, on a small number of projects each year, in the Pacific Northwest and California. Distinctive projects further afield are welcome by inquiry.
Material. Finish. Detail. Considered. Enduring.
